The green atmosphere of the square created by White Willows in waving grass fits the village as wel as the polder. The dead end in the water structure is turned into a lope that forms one of the sides of the square, creating a continuos flow for a healthier ecosystem of the water.  The steps of the stairs towards the water provides a place to hang out.
