The construction has tree stages, the first stage, the foundation of the cape, has been finished. Soon the second stage will be under construction. BOOM Landscape made the design for the boulevard, the square, the cape and the green zones in collaboration with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cityfoerster.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CityF\u00f6rster<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Durr\u00ebs is the second city of Albania and a well visited costal city at the Adriatic Sea. The leading theme in the design is &#8216;new localism&#8217; as a counterbalance to the generic developments and none specific characteristics of coastal cities.
