Lola Schnitzmeier [BSc]

Lola works as an intern at BOOM Landscape. She did her bachelor in landscape architecture and environmental planning at Leibniz Universität Hannover. Currently, she’s studying the EMiLA (European Master in Landscape Architecture) for which she does a semester at the Academie van Bouwkunst in Amsterdam.

She’s interested in climate adaptation and the more-than-human approach to landscape architecture. Furthermore, she’s passionate about the integration of indigenous perspectives and knowledge into the practice of landscape architecture, and the reconnection to the landscape we are living in through animism and storytelling

In her free-time, Lola likes travelling (she loves water), reading, plants, and cuddling dogs.
